Andrew Gordon
Chief Storyteller — EyeTell
Andrew Gordon is an animator and storyteller best known for his work at Pixar, where he helped bring to life films including A Bug’s Life, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Presto. He was the lead animator for Mike Wazowski in Monsters, Inc., and also animated characters such as Remy, Gill, Edna Mode and Buzz Lightyear.
After Pixar, Gordon served as Head of Animation at DNEG in London and went on to work across directing and producing, including on Minions: The Rise of Gru and Out of the Nest. He is currently Chief Storyteller at EyeTell, where he works at the intersection of storytelling and AI.
At SACC, Gordon will draw on his Pixar career and current work in creative technology to explore both character animation and the evolving role of AI in the future of animated storytelling.
